Background Prior to joining the ROEL Group of Companies, Vladimir Burynda held the position of the Deputy Chairman of the Board at the Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development. His extensive experience and expertise in banking and investment projects management in mining, machine building and real estate proved to be an invaluable asset when he joined the Group in 2001 to assume management of the investment and financial stream of activity with the ROEL Consulting. Education His strong educational background includes studies at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MFTI) where he specialized in applied mathematics and physics and at the Finance Academy under the RF Government where he concentrated on banking. | | | Stanislav Leontiev, First Deputy General Director Deputy General Director since April 2006, he is a top-notch professional in project management, strategic management, asset management, crisis management and management consulting. Stanislav Leontiev is reputed for delivering superior service and value to the investors in a variety of electriñ machine building, textile, agriculture, glass industry, construction and Internet projects. Background Stanislav Leontiev has successfully managed a number of ROEL Group’s large-scale regional consulting projects of industrial development where he focused on crisis management. ROEL Group has forged strong and mutually beneficial relationships with numerous companies in Russia and the CIS and Stanislav Leontiev helps them to adapt and prosper in the rapidly changing environment through consultations on management issues and placement of financial resources in Russia’s capital markets. In 2005, he founded Agrica Group of Companies – a vertically integrated agricultural and industrial holding – that supplies wholesalers and retailers all over the country. Education After graduating from the Moscow Physics and Technology Institute in 1993 where he specialized in applied mathematics and physics, Leontiev embarked on a research and teaching career, uninterrupted for 15 years. Now a full professor, his teaching record includes lecturing at the Russo-British Business School with the MFTI School of Management (jointly with the University of Wolver Hampton, UK) in 1995-1997. In 2002, he defended a PhD thesis on Models and Methods of Managing Regional Development and has by now published 60 research papers. The Manager of the Year -2002 - the prestigious All-Russia competition – named him the winner in the Food staffs nomination. Stanislav Leontiev is a member of the Independent Directors’ Association. | | | Artur Drachilovsky, Deputy General Director In this position since April 2004, Artur Drachilovsky focuses on finance and strategic management. His input in key decision making, the Company’s financial flows management and project implementation has been invaluable. Background Prior to joining the ROEL Group, Artur Drachilovsky was the leader of the investment management arm at the GOTEK Group of Companies. During his tenure, the Group secured direct investments in POLIPAK Company – the Group’s member - from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. In 1998 and 2000, the Bank extended loans totaling about 30 mln US$ to help finance equipment purchases. Drachilovsky implemented a system of tax optimization and cash flows concentration through leasing arrangements. In 2003, Drachilovsky organized GOTEK’s placement of corporate bonds for the value of 550 mln rubles (MICEX). Artur Drachilovsky joined the Group in October 2003 to assume the position of deputy director of the investment business with the ROEL Consulting. Education Artur Drachilovsky has excellent credentials – a graduate of the Kursk State Agriculture Academy (specialization – Economics and Production management), he went on to get a second higher education at the Moscow State Law Academy (specialization – Jurisprudence). He has studied at the Deutsche Management Akademie Niedersachen gGmbH, DMAN, the Bavarian Center for Management Training as well as the International Center for Economics, Science and Technology (Saint Petersburg). | |
