Background

ROEL Capital AMC Ltd was founded in November 2004 and got its first closed-end venture fund - Industrial Investments - registered in April 2005. In mid-July the fund’s formation was completed with assets over 100 mln rubles.

ROEL Capital is committed to developing its Partnership program and 2005 it launched two closed-end venture funds for its partners in the ROEL Consulting and ROEL Projects and Finance – ROEL Consulting Partnership and ROEL Projects and Finance Partnership.

In November 2006, Agrika Food Staffs closed-end fund was formed with 155 m rubles-worth of assets.

5 – 10 new closed-end funds are to be launched in near future.
